Looking Back on 2018...Leaving a Legacy for the Future
Leaving a Legacy...
“Investing In The Next Generation So They Can Build On What We Leave Them; Doing More, Reaching More, and Going Further Than We Did.”
Your generous giving enables us to keep investing the legacy of our lives, what we have learned from both our failures and successes, into leaders around the world. Into young leaders in many nations. And all the generations that will follow them.
As you enable us to travel the world, investing in others, we never lose sight of our most important responsibility- our family. Our legacy, first and foremost, is to leave behind a model of what it means to love each other and love the Lord, through personal failure and success.
It is our great honor and joy to be a support for our 3 children, their spouses, and 9 grandchildren, as they navigate the highs and lows, the joys and pains of life in a fallen world. Always growing in the knowledge of God’s unfailing love and His eternal Kingdom.

A Year of Devastating Heartbreak & Unspeakable Joy
February 10, 2018, brought great pain to our family when Lori and Richy’s daughter, Kendra, 27, unexpectedly died. As the year has gone by, we have comforted each other with the sure knowledge that she is far better off in His Presence and we will see her again!
December 26, 2018, brought real joy and celebration to our family when Wesley Drake Cromely was born to Amanda and Aaron.
.Thank you for believing in us, our message, and our labor. Thank you for believing in our shared legacy in the leaders we serve. We deeply thank you for your generous giving. You make it all possible.
After spending over three years with His handpicked disciples, Jesus willingly laid down His life, rose from the dead, and before returning to the Father He spent His last 40 days teaching them about the Kingdom of God. “He appeared to them over a period of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God.” (Acts 1:3 NIV) Why Would This Be “New”? The Kingdom of God was not a new concept to the Jewish disciples. But a Kingdom where the King would actually rule from inside the hearts and the mortal bodies of His people? Now that was a new concept. But should it have been “new” to them? This understanding of the “inside out” Kingdom of God, of how the King is going to live and rule within the hearts of believers, should not have been a new idea to the 12. The Old Testament fully explained the coming of the New Covenant and how it would be implemented. (Continue reading...)
Unexpected Doors Opening To Us In Vietnam!
Vietnam has been one of the most dangerous places for Christians and many have been brutalized and imprisoned for their faith. But, an amazing thing has been happening over the past few years.
With new leadership that seeks better relationships with the USA, the Vietnamese government has eased its opposition to Christianity and believers are now able to meet with much less fear of persecution.
No one knows how long this new freedom will last, but this is a moment where there is a great "open door" for the message of the True Grace. While the door is open we must give all the help we can to provide a solid foundation of New Covenant training and materials in Vietnamese. Rock Solid is a HUGE tool for them!
A Great Door Of Opportunity Is Suddenly Open To Us Right Now In Vietnam...
Vietnamese leaders love the English version of Rock Solid and are asking for our help distributing the Vietnamese translation to those they teach.
Our great friend, Jim Harris, (Relevant Expeditions) has labored hard to share the message of true grace and take our materials into Vietnam. He has opened a relationship for us so that the leaders there already trust us and they're asking for our help.
To make the biggest, longest-lasting impact will require us to act relatively fast. We need to quickly print thousands of well made, durable copies of Rock Solid for leaders to use as manuals while printing inexpensive black and white copies for church members throughout the country.
This will also require Mark to travel there with Jim Harris and a team to train leaders in how to use Rock Solid to make solid disciples. It is invaluable to start new believers off with true New Covenant teaching. This email came from Vietnam a few weeks ago:
"Several main leaders read Rock Solid; all said it is so good! We truly need this in Vietnam but we need your help. We humbly ask your help printing long-lasting books for leaders and many books for church members. Thank you so much for your work together with us for the kingdom of God. Thank you so much for helping Vietnamese Christians. Your labor in the Lord is not in vain."
Jim Harris: "This man oversees several churches. He was in prison over 3 years, beaten and starved, ordered to renounce Christ. He never recanted and one day they just let him go, along with many others. He is a man of true integrity, highly respected, and he will open many doors for ministry."
We have never had an opportunity like this! As always, we do face obstacles we have to overcome. 1) Printing Costs in Vietnam: 4000 wire bound Rock Solid copies in Vietnamese is $5000.00 2) Travel Costs - Air fare: Approx. $4500.00. These funds are above and beyond our normal ministry costs. 3) Mark's Health: We deeply value you praying with us for strength, pain relief, and complete healing.
This is the need and opportunity. Do whatever the Lord puts on your heart and be in peace.
We love you all and we are deeply grateful for your belief in us and our mission...and we love our lives!!

"Was it a pagan holiday? Is it still a pagan holiday, today?"
"Is decorating a Christmas tree a form of idolatry?"
"Was Christ actually born in December and does it really matter?"
"And, why in the world would you take Christ out of Christmas by using Xmas?!"
These are questions sincere believers ask every year around this time. To answer these questions requires an understanding of the ancient world, reading Scripture as it is simply written, and the desire to ask with integrity and then act with consistency. Let's address the last one first: Xmas! (Read More)
Loving The Road But Looking Forward to Being Home
In the past month we have been in Texas, Alaska, California, Nevada and Florida. Despite all the airports, planes and hotel beds we love this life and love traveling the world teaching this life-changing message. But we will soon be home for the holidays and also to welcome our newest grandchild, Aaron and Amanda's second baby due Christmas Day. We can't wait!

Grace Vu translating "Rock Solid- Laying an Unshakable Foundation in New Covenant Grace" into Vietnamese!
After many hours of work by faithful people like Grace Vu and generous donations from partners to help pay to complete the job, Rock Solid is now available in Vietnamese and digital copies are already being sent out to pastors and missionaries in some of the most spiritually closed off areas of the world.
We have also now completed the Mandarin version and sent it over on flash drives to pastors in China to print as many copies as they can use!
What about tithing? And the use of Malichi in teaching it as a minimum amount of giving... Is this a reasonable teaching or is it a misuse of Old Testament requirement in teaching giving today?
Thanks for the question! It is one that many people are asking right now. As more people begin to see that the New Covenant is based more on the responding to the Spirit inside of us and not threats or demands, questions about things we've done based on Old Testament practices naturally come up. What was the purpose of tithing in the Old Testament? (Continue reading...)
One of Mark's greatest joys in life is teaching true, transforming grace to the young ladies at Mercy Multiplied homes across the US. This month he and Linda were able to visit the St. Louis and Sacramento homes to teach the girls and staff and give books and materials to help them grow in their understanding of God's unconditional love and New Covenant grace.
Is it possible that your biggest failure could produce your greatest transformation? Just like Peter, Paul, and every other "hero of faith," God knows our weaknesses, sees our failures, and He is determined to make them all work together for our good. We have a high priest who understands our weaknesses, is not ashamed of us, but is transforming us. Join me on this amazing adventure of learning why God must run us out of our own strength so we can experience His New Covenant life being lived IN us and THROUGH us!
